• We will guide you through the return process and provide you with the return address.

3. Refund Processing

• Once we receive your returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

 

4. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
